Situated in the heart of Kitsilano and established 1981 in what had previously been the local church, Darby's was one of
the first pubs in Kitsilano. Over our 30 year history Darby's has become established as a corner stone in the Kitsilano community where locals come to chat with our friendly staff, make new friends, or just relax while enjoying our amazing food and craft beer .
Classic Pub Food Done Right: Using local meats and sustainable seafood, Darby's offers classic pub fare, done right. Menu features 7 Signature burgers using ground beef from the Fraser Valley, a beef dip made from Pemberton Meadows Beef, and chicken wings from Rossdown Farms in Chilliwack. or if your in the mood for some classic comfort food try our Red Racer Lager Mac and Cheese,Locally made British Bangers and mash, or fish and chips using local ling cod, also join us every Sunday night for our Pemberton Meadows Roast Beef Dinner with mash potatoes and yorkshire pudding.
