First Course
COTTAGE SALAD

broccoli, tomato, red onion, chick peas, sun dried cranberries, homemade cottage cheese and a fresh herb vinaigrette

ROASTED BEET SALAD

served warm with arugula, red onion, homemade cottage cheese and a sour cherry  vinaigrette

CAESAR SALAD

romaine lettuce tossed in a garlic anchovy dressing topped with homemade croutons and 5 year old white cheddar

 

Second Course

All of Darby's burgers are made using 100% pure fresh ground chuck & served on artisan ciabatta bread.  Fresh and natural chicken breast, or homemade chick pea patty may be substituted at no charge.

GARLIC AND ONION BURGER

served with roasted garlic, carmelized and sweet red onion, edam chees, tomoato, iceberg & Dijon remoulade

CUBAN BURGER

serverd with maple-wood smoked bacon, homemade guacomole, edam, red pepper, pickle & mayo

RIBENA BURGER

served with black currant jam, whole butter, spring lettuce, edam & pickle

Third Course

JAGERMEISTER GELATO

served with a dark chocolate wafer

LEMON POUND CAKE

served with strawberry sauce & whipped cream
