Oak Aged Beer
For 30 days this honey hued beer matures in hand selected oak barrels, gradually absorbing the subtle flavors from the wood. Barrels are then emptied where maturation continues for a further 47 days allowing the natural flavors to fall into perfect balance. The flavors imparted by oak barrels previously used to mature bourbon lend an incredible depth of taste. Think vanilla, toffee and orange aromas, with a malty, slightly oaked palate; soothing and warm in the finish.
